My unforgettable experience at the iconic Old Course in St Andrews, Scotland.
My
Story
Growing up in Brantford, Ontario, I was inspired by my hometown hero Wayne Gretzky. Witnessing his brilliance on the ice not only sparked my love for sports but also a curiosity about the business side of the game.
I took that passion to study business management (with a sports/event marketing focus) during college, then university. The doors that opened after that I could never imagine, meeting incredible people, whether assisting with event management for one of Canada's largest annual sporting event weekends in Molson Indy or joining the ticketing sales team at the Toronto Blue Jays. I was also able to hone my business skills at leading event/media sponsorship agencies like Insight Sports.
By 2010, after the momentum leading up to the Vancouver Winter Olympics, I transitioned and embraced a new role as busy sports dad. Supporting my kids in youth sports deepened my appreciation for grassroots events. This new phase allowed me to work for innovative tech companies such as TeamSnap, FlipGive and Hudl. Introducing new digital tools for coaches, parents and families.
Today, I'm tying these chapters together to lead new business initiatives in the world's fastest-growing sport: pickleball!

Whether bringing the latest high-performance paddle equipment to market, optimizing club experiences, or architecting unforgettable sports travel, my mission remains the same — guided by the principle I learned in Brantford all those years ago:
